Today, the president of the school board, prof. Maida Kulić Vugdalić had the honor of visiting the Honorary Consulate of Australia in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and having an interview with Honorary Consul Elvedina Busuladzic. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen cooperation, which had already started several years ago through the Consulate of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sydney. Honorary Consul Busuladzic showed great interest in the work of the Bosnian Ethnic School in NSW and similar institutions in the territory of Australia, the number of enrolled children, and their wishes and motivation to get to know the Motherland of Bosnia and Herzegovina in more detail. In a conversation lasting several hours, where prof. Kulic Vugdalic presented the situation and the work of the BiH community in NSW and in the wider spectrum, plans were started on significant ideas and projects, which can be expected in the coming period, and which will especially benefit children and young people of BH origin in Australia.
